The techs and the vets are OUTSTANDING!! I went in yesterday as my chihuahua was exhibiting some convulsive like behavior and refused to walk. They saw her as an emergency and were in the room within 5 minutes. The added cost was $90 and I felt that this amount was extremely moderate. X-rays and basic necessities were done right away too by the most accommodating tech and also by Dr Alvarez(I think that was her name). Dr Adams is my normal vet and I would go to either. Both are kind, responsive, great bedside manners. Just excellent. So thankful for their immediate response and care.
I adopted a rescue who I wanted to be seen as soon as possible to get a check up and make sure they were up to date on vaccines. They got me in to be seen the next morning. I’m happy my boy Tex is up to date and loving his new home.
UPDATE: I have now had Tex for a full year. metro paws has always been able to get Tex an appointment quickly and take care of anything he needs. Especially during those scary moments like when he ate something and was having tummy problems and throwing up.
I’m a first time pet owner and these people have been so welcoming, helpful, and sweet. Unfortunately, my dog came with a few health issues, but the team has done wonderfully to get her back on track. I get text updates, there’s an interactive app, which I can schedule appointments through! This place has been just right for my dog and I. Dr. Ivan and his team get 5 gold stars from me. 😊 They even spoiled my dog with lots of love and attention. ☺️☺️☺️
In 20 years of having pets, we’ve never received better care than we have here. All of the staff have been friendly, professional, and all around great to work with. Dr. Donaldson has awesome bedside manner and has taken lots of time - even on very short notice - while moving quickly to diagnose our dog’s chronic illness (which has required a lot of testing, trial and error, and medication). She always has a Plan A and Plan B in place for our pup and we leave knowing exactly what our next steps should be. She makes sure we understand everything she’s explaining and answers our many questions. I have complete confidence in Metro Paws’ ability to provide great care for our babies!
High quality vets and friendly front office staff. Recently merged with a national vet equity firm but original owners of Metro Paws remain active in training pet and family first care. Clean facilities, best equipment and convenient locations. Catherine and her team are the absolute best.
Very cat savvy. It’s a relief they are trained in cat care and will do whatever they can to make the visit as easy as possible for your pet. Dr. Donaldson and Briana are outstanding and treated my scared kitty so gently and with a lot of sensitivity. It’s one of the most calm vet offices I’ve ever been in and I appreciate their skill and friendliness.
This is the best metro paws location! The staff are sweet, kind, and supportive. The doctors are also ones that I trust and have helped a lot in mitigating my kitties’ health issues without exploiting you for every last dime, like I’ve experienced in the past. Highly recommend this location!
Phenomenal animal practice. Took in my 5 year old Husky/Pit mix for a quick physical and an anal gland expression which went a very well for all involved. We were seen quickly and they treated my dog with great care and timeliness. My dog usually doesn’t like vets and such but he felt very uplifted when we walked in and he loved the atmosphere.
